Description: 15 km east from Porvoo, Pikku-Pernajanlahti. The residence is located in a 20 hectare big area with a shore of 1 km. The place is shown on the map; it is located on a cape on the west side of the most northern island in Pikku-Pernajanlahti. Clean water and air. Fishing possibilities. Six buildings. Beautiful nature and surroundings. Rich birdlife. The northern part is is a nature conservation area. The boats are included in the price. No linen.
COTTAGE A: Main building:
A log house 110 m², renovated in 1996-1997, situated about 100 m from the beach. Big kitchen, porch, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, shower and an indoor-sauna. Fully equipped. Electric stove, electric and wood heating, fire-places in every bedroom, in the kitchen a Keddy-fireplace, cold and warm water, radio, TV + dvd, satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine. The tenants live nearby (150 meters). To the nearest neighbour 200 m.
Rent: 28 €/person or min. 150 €/night or by agreement.
COTTAGE B: New building:
A new building that got ready in autumn 2005 on the other side of Örnviikintie. A big living room, two bedrooms, a sauna, washing machine, toilet, all together about 80 m². Fireplace, dish washer, refrigerator, electricity stove, TV + dvd, satellite TV, microwave oven and so on. A big summer kitchen and a carport.
Rent: 28 €/person/night or min. 130 €/night or other by contract.
COTTAGE C: Cottage
Leisure time residence 45 m² by the beach. A small house with a kitchen, livingroom, bed/TV alcove, bathroom and corridor. Complete dinner set, washing machine, microwave oven and radio, TV + dvd. Under floor heating in the bathroom. Warm and cold water. Water from own spring. Indoor toi-let. Lakefront sauna, a beach next to the sauna. Possibilities for fishing and to use a boat. Also in winter use.
Rent: 600 €/week or other by contract.
COTTAGE D: Sauna cottage
By the seashore. Log house 30 m². Kitchen, alcove, indoor sauna (with under floor heating), roofed porch. Double bed + sofa bed for two persons. Electric stove, refrigerator. Electric stove, refridgerator. Electric and wooden heating, fireplace, cold and warm water, shower, outdoor toilet. Barbeque, radio, TV + dvd. Road to the cottage. Main building 500 m from the cottage. Also in winter use.
Rent: 600 €/week or other by contract.
COTTAGE E: Fishing cottage
An old log cabin (fishing cabin) 20 m² for two persons. By the seashore. Iron stove, electric stove, refrigerator, radio, complete dinner set, warm water. Roofed porch, sauna, TV, storage for fire woods and outdoor toilet. Also for winter use.
Rent: 450 €/week or other by contract.
Cottages A-E can be rented around the year, even in winter-time.
COTTAGE F: Bongari – cottage for bird watching
A solid wooden building ca. 20 m² at the sea shore. A roofed porch on three sides of the cottage. Meant especially for bird watching, the cottage is si-tuated next to a nature conservation area. A small pier and a lookout spot ca. 30 meters away. Limitations for bringing pets during birds’ nesting season.
Rent: 450€/week or by contract. For rent only a limited period.
Extra services according to orders/contracts made in advance:
- a fishing raft (a double hull vessel) with a 5hp Honda outboard motor for 4-5 persons 70€/day + fuel
- ca. 2000 litres bathbarrel (a “Geysir” jacuzzi) for 6-7 persons; basic rate for 3 hours 150€ + 10€/person.

Driving instructions:
1. From Porvoo
Porvoo road to Isnäs (road 1571) about 10 km until the house Hagaborg. Turn to the right to Ylikentie.
2. From Helsinki
From motorway Helsinki-Kotka about 60 km until Sannainen junction, turn to the right (to the south) towards Sannainen. Drive about 3 km to Porvoo-Isnäs road (road 1571) and turn to the left. Drive about 400 m until to the house Hagaborg. Turn right to Ylikentie.
Common driving instruction:
Drive about 5 km to Ylike village. After Ylike traffic sign drive about 400 m and turn left to Örnvikintie (> Örnvikintie 135). Drive about 1,5 km down to the fields and near to the sea. Then you are in Örnvik! In front of you, you can see the main building (cottage A) after that the road turns to the right to the beach. Cottages C-E can be found there.
